WHAT IS SOUND MEDITATION?
Our approach combines breathwork and guided awareness before the sound bath comes in. A sound bath uses overtone emitting instruments such as himalayan singing bowls, tingsha, and chimes played with the purpose of nurturing the body, mind and spirit. These instruments induce a state of deep rest and relaxation that create an accessible opportunity to quiet the mind for self-exploration. We believe that the healing nature resides within each of us, our bodies and mind give us with insight on how to heal. Sound Meditation holds space for these messages to arise, thus creating the platform for self-healing.
