We currently only ship within the US.
+ - WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES?
Shipping is included with your purchase. Items generally ship within 1-4 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
+ - WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your shipment. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if an item shows signs of wear or damage.
+ - HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Email us at studio@soundascolor.com and include your order number. We will issue you a USPS shipping label.
+ - HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NATURALLY DYED GOODS?
Always make sure to use a pH neutral detergent to maintain the integrity of the natural colors. Additional care information can be found on the individual product pages.
+ - ONE OF MY PRODUCTS HAS BEEN WELL LOVED AND IS IN NEED OF REPAIR, WHAT CAN I DO?
We believe that these should last you a lifetime, but know that things happen! Don’t throw it away just yet. Email is at studio@soundascolor.com about any repair requests!
+ - IS SOUND AS COLOR A SUSTAINABLE BRAND?
We take mother nature into consideration for every step of the process at Sound as Color. While we know we are nowhere close to perfect, we continually strive to educate ourselves to make eco-conscious choices around sourcing raw materials, packaging, our carbon-footprint and water usage. + - WHY NATURAL DYES?
We think the most beautiful colors come from nature and love to celebrate that through our self care and meditation practice, deepening our connection with plants and their natural vibration. All of the water that doesn’t get used to dye your goods can be put back into the earth for growing new plants as it is free of any harmful chemicals which are no fun for the planet or your body!
Plus, the majority of natural dyes are antibacterial and antifungal!
+ - IS NATURAL DYE PERMANENT?
Unlike chemical dyes, natural color may fade or shift over time, however the color will last a lifetime. We like to think of this as a practice in presence, enjoying each hue as it shifts and alters with use. Properly caring for your naturally dyed item and keeping it out of direct sunlight will help to preserve the natural color.
